Can my clothes be saved?

YES!,  The majority of your clothing can be saved.  As a High Tech Restoration Specialist, we regularly save 98% of all clothing we process.

What types of items do you restore?

All clothing types, dry cleanable and launderable, draperies, blinds, bedspreads, comforters, leathers, suedes, furs, area rugs, shoes, cushions, pillows, stuffed animals and more. 

What happens to my clothes?

We will pick up, ozone (eliminating smoke and other odors), deodorize, clean, press, inspect, store, and deliver your items at your convenience.

Who do I call with questions?

Call our restoration managers anytime.  Call 317-888-7396 and ask for the restoration manager handling your claim.  If you call  during business hours (M-F 8-4) someone should be available immediately to speak with you.  For any calls outside of office hours, the office will then page the manager handling your claim and they will return your call promptly.

What is ozoning?

Ozoning is the process passing Oxygen (O2) through an electrical charge, which splits the oxygen atom.  The third atom combines with the opposite atoms, making Ozone (O3), a pure form of oxygen.  Ozone (O3) breaks down the hydrocarbons (smoke) into carbon dioxide and moisture.  The process is the only true way to remove smoke odor from fabrics. 

What is “risk free” restoration?

If we can’t restore a garment, we will not charge you or your insurance company for it
