1. You call in and give us the order.

Homeowners’ name, address, phone numbers, claim number and any special instructions
2. We take it from here. It’s that easy.

We contact the home owner, set up a convenient time for us to pick up their items, and walk them through the restoration
process

If emergency clothing is needed, we ask the insured to select clothing they need cleaned first, to get them back to work, school, church, etc. (about 2 weeks worth). We will ozone, clean, process and deliver emergency items within 24 to 48 hours depending on the extent of damage.

We then process the rest of the order by itemizing, ozoning, cleaning, pressing, inspecting and packaging each item, while continually communicating and updating the homeowner through the entire process

The order is then stored in our climate-controlled storage facility that is accessible to the insured until they are ready for full delivery

Restored items are then delivered back to the same room from which they were picked up. All window treatments are then re-installed.
